This year sure did fly by. I remember sitting on the couch at a friend's house for New Year's 2009 and thinking to myself, wow, this is the year my first child will be born. This has been the best year of my life, and even though I know it will only get better, I will NEVER forget June 16, 2009. It was the day that heart was no longer mine. It became the property of a 6 pound 14 ounce little girl, and will be forever more. Now, I can't believe that my baby will be a year old in just six short months. I can already tell by her personality that she is going to be gentle, and kind, and she is going to make a difference in so many people's lives, as she has already done for her daddy and I. She is the sun and the moon. She is my WHOLE world. Life is changing and growing and even though it is hard sometimes, I wouldn't change a thing.
